The bolts are produced with the historical KZ 8G head marking, identical to the markings commonly used on German bolts in the 1930s and 1940s. The KZ brand was frequently used during the assembly of VW KdF, Kübelwagen, and Schwimmwagen vehicles. The KZ 8G marking used on these bolts is a registered mark of our company.
Bolts with a 14 mm head (SW14) were widely used on German vehicles of the period, including Wehrmacht vehicles as well as civilian production, and remained standard hardware until the end of the 1950s.
Hardware of this type was also commonly used on vehicles produced by manufacturers such as BMW, Stoewer, Zündapp, Horch, Mercedes, Audi, Wanderer, Auto Union and many other German manufacturers.
