We proudly present, entirely made by WW2VW schwimmwagen folding roof canvas cover. Top quality copy of VW Type 166 tarpaulin, made according to original technical drawings. Perfectly matched, color and dimensions, sewing pattern, shape of steel eyelets (spaced 240mm apart).
Throughout the years Volkswagen changed the design of fabric roof covers couple times. Here we offer version that fits cars produced in the first half of 1943. It can be distinguished by black plain-woven fabric and edges finished in beige artificial leather.
All of our canvas convertible tops for Type 166 schwimmwagen and Type 82 kubelwagen are delivered ready to install. Your role is to screw wood slat together with steel roof frame by 4 fasteners that are included in package. We guarantee perfect fit of our canvas covers to original body and steel folding roof frame.
