Starting Crank Hole Flap – (Motorabschlussblech Verschlussklappe)
This is a faithful reproduction of the flap covering the starting crank hole in the rear engine tin. It was used on the Volkswagen Type 82 Kübelwagen, Type 21, as well as all Beetle models equipped with a rear apron featuring the opening for the hand-crank starter.
The flap ensures the correct closing of the hole when the crank is not in use, protecting the engine compartment from dirt and debris.
