Shovel Bracket (Spatenstütze)
This shovel bracket is a sheet metal component used on nearly all Volkswagen Type 82 Kübelwagen vehicles, with the exception of the final models produced in 1945, when the shovel was omitted.
On the earliest Kübelwagen models, the shovel bracket was welded to the right front fender. From 1941 onward, it was welded to the left front fender, reflecting a factory change in vehicle layout.
The bracket is manufactured according to the original factory pattern and documentation, ensuring correct shape, fit, and appearance consistent with original wartime vehicles.
