    Description

Early Generator Pulley Assembly (Riemenscheibennabe / Nachstellscheibe)

This is a complete early-style generator pulley assembly, consisting of the pulley hub (Riemenscheibennabe) and the adjusting disc (Nachstellscheibe). It represents the earliest design of generator pulleys used on Volkswagen vehicles, VW PART NR: 10903111, 10903121, 8718, 8722.

This pulley type was used from the very beginning of Volkswagen production, starting already with the earliest prototypes in 1938. It remained in use through early production vehicles and was fitted to Volkswagen Type 82 Kübelwagen models manufactured in 1940 and early 1941.

The pulley is manufactured using casting technology, exactly as on the original parts, and not stamped or pressed. This ensures correct shape, material characteristics, and an authentic appearance identical to original factory components.

Designed for accurate fit and historically correct restorations, this generator pulley assembly is ideal for early Volkswagen prototype engines, early KdF vehicles, and early Type 82 Kübelwagen engines.
