Front Brake Cables – Mechanical Brakes (Bremsseilzug, vollst. Vorderer)
These front brake cables are designed for vehicles equipped with mechanical braking systems. They are manufactured according to original wartime drawings and factory specifications, ensuring every detail matches the original brake cables used during the period.
All components are reproduced accurately, including the outer cable casings, rubber protective sleeves, and the correct 3.5 mm cable diameter. The outer casings are finished in black zinc coating, matching the appearance of original wartime components.
The outer casing length measured from the chassis support point to the brake backing plate support point is 615 mm.
For proper installation, they are supplied with uncrimped end barrels, so each set can be perfectly adjusted to your chassis.
This set includes two front brake cables for both front wheels.
These brake cables were used on Kübelwagen Type 82 and Type 21, KdF Beetle Type 82E, Type 92 and Type 60, as well as postwar VW Beetle models up to 1949.
