Main input shaft needle roller bearing
Introducing our reproduction of the original Volkswagen split gearbox main shaft rear needle bearing. All our custom-made WW2VW bearings are made by a factory with over 47 years of experience in bearing manufacturing. Our bearings incorporate NTN rolling elements to ensure exceptional performance and durability of our products. We ensure that every aspect of our bearing aligns with the highest VW standards, and to achieve this, we meticulously measured all dimensions and tolerances using a NOS VW 113309125 25mmx42mmx17mm bearing. Additionally, we cross-referenced the measurements with original gearbox blueprints for absolute accuracy. We’ve incorporated wider rolling elements to improve longevity, increasing the overall bearing thickness from 17mm to 18mm. Rest assured, this change won’t interfere with gearbox elements, as there’s plenty of room within the gearbox case for such type of modification.
Our transmission input shaft needle bearing is suitable for all aircooled Volkswagen beetle 1200 Type 1 and VW Bus Type 2 with split case gearboxes produced from 11 november 1957 (chassis number: 1- 726 006).
